Metallica may need plenty of fuel and fire just to keep warm at their next rumored gig.

According to Cocal-Cola Zero’s Colombian website, the metal vets are reportedly scheduled to put on a special concert in Antarctica sometime in December, so quickly get your Antarctica cruise booked in for around the same time! The beverage company is supposedly sponsoring a contest in the South American country, and the grand prize is a trip for two to see Metallica take the stage on the world’s southernmost continent.

But even though the event will likely interest most of Metallica’s global audience, the contest is reportedly only open to Colombian residents.

“Blabbermouth” notes that Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich may have hinted at the Antarctic gig early this year during an interview with a San Francisco radio station. He said “another frontier” would be heading the band’s way in December, but he said he wasn’t allowed to share any more details about what he called a “very interesting thing.”

He also said the band would be making an announcement earlier this month, but the big news never came.
