Local stop part of extensive North American tour supporting long-awaited first full-length album
Rising indie rock band Couch will bring their freshly released debut album “Big Talk” to Boston’s Roadrunner on November 22, with support from Stephen Day. The show is part of an extensive North American and European tour that kicks off this November and runs through March 2026.
The quartet’s long-awaited first album features “Middle Man,” a track the band describes as exploring themes of queer and radical love. The release marks a significant milestone for the group, who have been building buzz in indie circles over recent years.
The Boston date falls midway through the first leg of their North American tour, which begins November 6 in Detroit and includes stops at iconic venues like Brooklyn Steel, Chicago’s Ramova Theatre, and San Francisco’s Fillmore. Several dates, including nearby Madison, Wisconsin and Washington D.C.’s 9:30 Club, have already sold out, signaling strong demand for the band’s live performances.
After wrapping up North American dates in February, Couch will head overseas for a European tour in March, with stops in London, Paris, Berlin, and Amsterdam, several of which are already reporting low ticket availability.
Tickets for the November 22 show at Roadrunner are currently available. Given the sold-out status of multiple tour dates, Boston fans interested in catching Couch’s debut album performed live are encouraged to secure tickets soon.
