Brit Floyd, an amazing Pink Floyd tribute band, lit up the stage in Hampton at the Casino Ballroom. A seasoned tribute, they were formed by Damian Darlington in Liverpool, United Kingdom, back in 2011. This is a must-see show! They tour the world so if they come to a venue near you, take full advantage of the opportunity to see them. This was my second show and I’d see them again, and again, and again!!
The show was seated, and that’s how this music is best appreciated. Just sit back, listen, and let the amazing light show carry you away with each expertly played note. For a rock concert, it’s 100% relaxation. The set list included highlights from The Wall, The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, and more. The most memorable though, was the amazing 23 minute performance of the iconic, Echoes. Note for note, musical perfection.
