Meet The Band:

Michael “Padge” Paget – Guitars
Michael “Moose” Thomas – Drums
Jason “Jay” James – Bass

With their latest release, Bullet for My Valentine’s Temper Temper is a CD you have to hear, if you haven’t already. Their ability to deliver a hard pounding sound is extremely eminent in everything they do. Coming to the Palladium in Worcester MA., they did not hold back and distributed a show of metal that was in your face, immediately.
The band came right out of the gate and opened with the first track from Temper Temper which is “Breaking point” and released the monster that is metal almost instantly. “It was like take that, and like it – and I did”.  Their overpowering grasp took hold instantaneously and slammed you to the ground.
Matthew “Matt” Tuck blew the stage up with his blistering vocal range and forceful guitar work from start to finish. He set the tone for what was to come, a night of excessive head banging and fist pumping. He was in his element throughout the set and dished out a healthy dose of crushing vocals and riffs with every song. As they proceeded to play “Dirty Little Secret” Lzzy from Halestorm came out and added to it with her style of vocal abilities. He and the band offered a diverse set list that was received with loud adulation from the crowd.
Michael “Padge” Paget (Guitars) and Jason “Jay” James (Bass) both annihilated the set while burning up the stage. Each took control with respect to their exclusive musical tools. “Riot”, “Temper Temper” and “P.O.W.” seemed to ignite the crowd into parasitic frenzy and both “Padge” and “Jay” seemed to entice it with their abilities. Their force bleeds through to the audience and they feed off of it.
Michael “Moose” Thomas (Drums) was channeling through to the metal gods. He lit up the drum kit like a meteor flying through the night sky. His skills are that of an artist that paints, he paints the skins with a sound that is mind blowing. It is obvious he takes his craft serious and implements it with natural creativity.
All in all the show was surprising and the encore consisted of “Pleasure and Pain” & “Tears”.  Bullet for My Valentine is a contender in the metal world and should not be taken lightly. They pack a punch and are not afraid to show what they got. It seems to me they have at least one or two hits if not more on every cd. If a band can consistently do that today, then they are major players in the metal world.
